Compare commercial search demand across 25 Irish business sectors.
The sector ranking below uses the combined estimated monthly search volume across ten fixed keywords per sector. Because every sector uses the same number of phrases, the table is useful for comparing this sample — but it should not be described as the complete size of an industry.

High search volume and high CPC are different signals.
A popular query can still have relatively low advertiser pressure, while a lower-volume phrase can be expensive because each potential customer is commercially valuable. CPC should therefore be read alongside demand, competition and the economics of the service.
Fixed sample, fixed market, transparent rules.
This report is designed to be repeatable. The sector list and keyword sample stay fixed, while the underlying Google Ads metrics can be refreshed. That makes future changes easier to compare without silently changing the methodology.
25 commercial sectors
The sample covers local services, professional services, home services, finance, automotive, energy and digital marketing.
10 keywords per sector
Each sector includes broad provider terms, higher-intent variants and city-level phrases for Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford where appropriate.
Ireland + English
Google Ads keyword data is requested for Ireland, English language and Google Search only, with search partners disabled.
DataForSEO + Google Ads data
Search volume, CPC, competition and historical top-of-page bid signals are supplied through DataForSEO. Provider CPC/bid values are converted to EUR using an ECB-reference-based exchange rate.
Review the published keyword sample instead of trusting a hidden methodology.

What this Ireland search-demand report cannot tell you.
- It is not the total market size. Each sector total is the sum of exactly ten published keywords, not every possible query.
- It is not exact user counting. Search volume is an estimated planning metric and may be rounded.
- It is not profitability. The dataset does not know conversion rate, gross margin, customer lifetime value or lead quality.
- It is not a forecast of your CPC. Actual Google Ads costs vary by exact query, device, location, account quality, auction pressure, season and bidding strategy.
- City phrases are still measured in the Ireland dataset. They describe searches in Ireland for that phrase; they are not a city-only geolocation report.

Ireland Search Demand Report FAQ
Are these exact Google search counts?
No. Search volume is an estimated average monthly planning metric supplied through DataForSEO from Google Ads keyword data. Google does not publish an audited count of individual users for each query.
What does the sector total mean?
Each sector total is the combined estimated monthly search volume across the same fixed ten-keyword sample for that sector. It is not the total demand for the entire industry.
Why use a fixed keyword sample?
A fixed sample makes the methodology transparent and repeatable. It allows the same sectors and keywords to be refreshed over time instead of changing the rules to fit the latest result.
Does high search volume mean a market is profitable?
No. Search demand does not reveal conversion rate, margin, customer value, lead quality or fulfilment capacity. It is one planning signal.
